Four DFW Office Buildings Up for Grabs in Package Deal

Big Office Offering Includes Houston Property

The trickle of commercial properties coming back on the market in North Texas is turning into a flood.

Colliers International has just listed four Dallas-Fort Worth area office buildings for sale as part of a more than 600,000-square-foot package deal. A suburban Houston building is also included in the offering. The North Texas offerings include the Crosspoint Atrium office building at LBJ Freeway and U.S. Highway 75.

The Brookhollow Riverside in Grand Prairie and the Highlands Tower in Arlington are also up for grabs. In Bedford, the 3301 Airport Freeway office is included in the listing.

“They are a package deal,” said Colliers International’s Creighton Stark. Stark and Colliers' Chris Boyd, Mark Meador, Madeleine Aufricht and Johanna Ramirez are marketing the portfolio of buildings for sale.

All built in the 1980s, the buildings average more than 60% leased. The buildings are owned by Arlington-based Skywalker Property Partners.

Colliers landed the big listing on the heels of a two-building sale it handled in Plano. The Preston Park office campus near Preston Road sold to TerraCap Management of Florida.
