VanTrust Partners with Colliers for Pre-Leasing at Addison Station


Flexible space and direct access to DNT and DART’s Silver Line highlight building amenities

VanTrust Real Estate, LLC (VanTrust), a full-service commercial real estate development company, has partnered with Colliers, a leading real estate professional services and investment management company, to begin pre-leasing at the class-A office building, Addison Station. The 12-story office tower will bring 250,000 square feet to 350,000 square feet of custom office space to 15555 North Dallas Parkway, located at the intersection of the Dallas North Tollway and Arapaho Road.

Addison Station is adjacent to the Addison Transit Station and the new DART Silver Line, slated to open in 2023 as a part of the 26-mile Cotton Belt Corridor. The DART expansion will provide passengers with improved accessibility to major amenities, including residential offerings, the numerous restaurant and retail options and the regional and international airports, across the growing northern half of Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW). The office tower itself offers tenants state-of-the-art on-site facilities, including an over 8,000-square-foot rooftop amenity deck, an indoor and outdoor tenant lounge with attached terrace, a fitness center with locker rooms, ample parking and a conference center.

Reegan Busby

Associate Vice President


Reegan Busby is a Senior Associate within Colliers’ Agency Leasing team where she specializes in strategic marketing and office leasing for institutional landlords throughout the DFW metroplex. Prior to being recruited over to help build the agency leasing platform at Colliers’ Dallas office, Ms. Busby spent 6 years representing a wide array of tenants from healthcare to financial institutions. With this she brings a unique experience to the agency leasing team on tenant perspective and a proactive approach to filling vacancy.

Prior to joining Colliers, Reegan worked in Los Angeles as an orthopedic medical device representative for Johnson & Johnson and ConMed Linvatec. Her role was to verify orthopedic implants, and help guide surgeons and staff through the surgery in the operating room. She was awarded various company accolades, including Presidents Cup, placing her in the top 3% of sales.
