With two new tenants signed, the recently-constructed Pointe at Polaris office building is nearly full.
New York-based real estate financier Dwight Capital LLC will move into 4,951 square feet of space and Cleveland-based Ohio Real Title will lease 4,686 square feet. Both take occupancy this summer in the building at 8850 Lyra Dr.
"This particular office location will be home to our expanding healthcare team," Dwight Capital COO Jon Camps said in a statement. "During our search for suitable offices, we were extremely impressed by the combination of live, work, and recreational opportunities offered by The Pointe at Polaris.”
Ohio Real Title, which opened in Central Ohio in 2017, offers title and escrow closings, judiciary and property information reports and lien searches among other financial services.
President Ryan Marrie said in the statement that the company's Central Ohio team needed a centrally-located space. Its current space is at 470 Olde Worthington Road across I-71.
The development's first office building is home to Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Ohio and Fusion Alliance. The development also has Sweetwaters Coffee, Club Pilates, Kitchen Social, and Condado Tacos as retail tenants.
With these two new leases, Pointe at Polaris is 90% occupied.
Next door, VanTrust Real Estate LLC and NP Ltd. developed the 145,000-square-foot Pointe at Polaris II office building and 260 apartment units. Bank of America is the anchor tenant for that building and occupies 60,000 square feet of office space.
