Colliers negotiates sale of office building in columbus

Tempus Realty Partners purchased 7575 Huntington Park Drive, a 129,826-square-foot vacant office building in Columbus, Ohio. The building formerly housed Huntington Bank.

Tempus has already begun a building renovation that will include updated common areas, restrooms and a dedicated tenant amenity floor that will include a wi-fi lounge, fitness facility with showers, large common conference space and a grab-and-go food cafe.

Daniel Dunsmoor, Michelle Fude and Ross Lanford of Colliers represented Choice Hotels International in the sale of the property. Colliers will continue to oversee leasing and management of the building.

Ross Lanford

He also worked with the Merrill Corporation in NYC as a legal account executive. While there, he was the top sales representative in electronic data management for all NY and NJ.
