The project consists of over 25,000 square feet of street-level retail space along with 224 apartments and a 396 car parking garage that will be built along North High Street, between West Gay and Long streets. “This long awaited development brings needed additional retail space to the sought-after Gay Street retail corridor”, said Tim Maly, brokerage vice president at Colliers, “With the addition of the apartments, we know the retail component is key and are excited to be part of the exciting project.”
