Tommy Johnson receives prestigious SIOR designation


Columbia, SC – Colliers International | South Carolina is pleased to announce that Tommy Johnson has earned the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR) designation. 

The SIOR designation is awarded to real estate professionals in recognition of their knowledge, experience and proven successes with their clients and in the markets they serve. To receive the designation, professionals must meet specific requirements, including recognition by developers, lenders and investors; high-level production, closing on average more than 30 transactions a year; and meeting SIOR’s production, education and ethical requirements. It is a designation which signifies the recipient has a long history of providing high-quality service and expertise in the commercial real estate industry.

Johnson is a Vice President in Colliers | South Carolina’s Columbia office, specializing in the leasing and sale of office properties throughout the central South Carolina region. He has been with Colliers since 2003, participating in more than 300 transactions valued at over $170 million with an annual responsibility of over one million square feet of office product. He is a Lifetime Member of the Central Carolina REALTORS® Association’s Circle of Excellence recognition program and is recognized annually as a CoStar Power broker. Johnson is also an active board member for City Year Columbia.
