Colliers | South Carolina announces promotions of brokerage professionals

Columbia, SC - Colliers | South Carolina announces that John Peebles and Crawford Prezioso have been promoted to Senior Brokerage Associates in the commercial real estate firm’s Columbia office.

Peebles specializes in industrial leasing, sales, build-to-suit projects, site acquisition and investment sales, representing landlords, tenants and developers in central South Carolina. He began his career at Colliers in 2018 as a research intern before transitioning to a Brokerage Associate in 2019. In 2022, Peebles joined the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR) as a Member Associate while he works toward the SIOR designation. He has been consistently recognized as a CoStar Power Broker in industrial leasing transactions since he joined Colliers’ industrial team in Columbia. He received the Colliers | SC Service Excellence Award in 2020. In 2020 and 2021, he and his brokerage teammates received the Central Carolina REALTORS® Association Commercial Circle of Excellence Gold Award and also received CCRA’s Sales Transaction of the Year Award in 2020. Additionally, he was part of the industrial brokerage team that earned SIOR’s worldwide 2020 Top Industrial and Investment Transaction Awards. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.

Prezioso joined Colliers in 2019 and represents owners, landlords, users and tenants in the leasing, sale and disposition of commercial properties throughout Columbia and central South Carolina. He graduated from Leadership Columbia in 2022, a 10-month program providing opportunities for deeper involvement in and around the greater Columbia region. In 2021, he received the Colliers | South Carolina Rising Star award and the Central Carolina REALTORS® Association Commercial Circle of Excellence Silver Award. Prezioso is the former offensive coordinator of the men’s club lacrosse team at the University of South Carolina where the team took home the 2019 National Championship. He has also previously volunteered with Heathwood Hall’s lacrosse program. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management.
