Scott Burriss joins LCK as Senior Project Manager

Columbia, SC - LCK proudly announces the addition of Scott Burriss to its Columbia team of project management professionals. Burriss brings a diverse technical background and broad management experience to his new position. His initial focus will be on industrial renovations and new development projects. As a Senior Project Manager, Burriss will take the lead in the selection and oversight of contractors, design professionals and consultants for assigned projects.

Burriss joins a statewide team of project management experts currently engaged in a $750 million portfolio of projects extending across North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.

As a Senior Project Manager, I manage LCK projects to include selection and oversight of contractors, architects, engineers and consultants; conduct plan review; monitor construction in progress; prepare, review and approve contract documents; perform punch list inspections; and approve and process pay requests. 

I enjoy meeting and working with individuals from all disciplines of the construction industry, and I have a passion for helping clients through the complexities of the construction process. At LCK, our commitment to quality gives our clients a level of confidence that their needs will be effectively met on time and within their budget.

My background in construction, manufacturing and design provides me a unique frame of reference when considering possible solutions for our clients’ needs. I hold skills in several key areas that have prepared me well for my role at LCK: executive manufacturing management, engineering management, product development, business accounting, customer relations, capital planning, change management, environmental and safety compliance and technology innovation.
