Miller Valentine breaks ground on first industrial building in the Midlands in nearly a decade

Columbia, SC – Miller-Valentine Group has announced the construction of Midway Logistics II, the first speculative class A, tilt up, multi-tenant industrial building built by a private developer in the Midlands of South Carolina since 2009. The approximately 200,000-square-foot facility will be built in Lexington County Industrial Park, a 350-acre master planned industrial park located at the intersection of I-77 and I-26. The park is home to the region’s top employers, including Home Depot, Husqvarna and Republic National Distributing Company. Colliers International has been awarded the leasing for the facility.
