Mary Winter Teaster of Colliers relocates Goodwyn Mills Cawood to 915 Lady Street

Columbia, SC – Colliers | South Carolina’s Mary Winter Teaster represented Goodwyn Mills Cawood, LLC in the lease of 3,719 square feet of office space at 915 Lady Street. The ±14,114-square-foot historic warehouse was built in 1932 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The one-story brick building first premiered as a location for the National Biscuit Company, now known as Nabisco, located in the heart of the Vista district. 915 Lady Street was renovated in 2017 into Class A loft office spaces with high ceilings, exposed brick walls and original glass roll-up doors that merge the indoor and outdoor space.

“The former National Biscuit Company building has received historic preservation accolades for the upfit, and the uniquely designed space is the perfect fit for GMC,” said Mary Winter Teaster, Senior Brokerage Associate with Colliers in Columbia.

Goodwyn Mills Cawood (GMC) is one of the largest architecture and engineering firms in the Southeast. With a strong focus on quality, integrity and care, GMC takes great care in serving the community through designing schools, parks, hospitals and other commercial developments.
