Local developers announce 43,750-square-foot speculative industrial development in Saxe Gotha Industrial Park

Colliers’ industrial brokerage team to handle leasing and marketing for the development

Columbia, SC – Local developers Saxe Gotha Spec, LLC announced plans for a 43,750-square-foot speculative industrial building on Old Wire Road in the Saxe Gotha Industrial Park in West Columbia, SC.

 Colliers | South Carolina’s industrial brokerage team of Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR, Thomas Beard, SIOR and John Peebles has been hired for brokerage and marketing services to bring distribution or manufacturing users to the building.

The Class A building is currently scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2023 and will feature 28-foot  ceiling heights, 43 car parking spaces, five dock-high doors and one drive-in door, an ESFR fire suppression system and LED lighting.

The Saxe Gotha Industrial Park is home to Amazon, Nephron Pharmaceuticals and more.
