Columbia, SC – LCK is pleased to announce that Adam Lynch has been promoted to Director | Preconstruction Services.
In this newly created role, Lynch will serve in a leadership capacity in the delivery of preconstruction services for LCK’s clients while also providing strategic planning and Cost Management Services for significant LCK projects. He will additionally be responsible for expanding LCK’s Cost Management Services platform for offering line item estimating and cost management solutions to a wide range of users.

Lynch joined LCK in 2017 and has been consistently recognized for his outstanding capabilities. His ability to prepare line-item estimates with a high degree of accuracy at all design phases of a project ensures that LCK’s clients can plan their projects with confidence from the beginning and rely on LCK to monitor the project and program budgets throughout all design iterations.
A 2012 graduate of Clemson University, Lynch earned a bachelor’s degree in Construction Science and Management. Additionally, he has a 30-hour OSHA card in Construction Safety and Health and holds a Certified Cost Professional (CCP) designation from AACE International.
