In her role, Baker is responsible for the collection of market data and the interpretation and providing key research insights for the state of South Carolina related to commercial real estate. She produces and distributes approximately 65 market reports per year for various commercial property types including office, industrial, retail, multifamily, hotel, construction and parking. She manages a research staff who collect the data for the market reports and other projects. Additionally, she fulfills on-demand research requests for brokers and their clients as well as research initiatives related to the expansion of Colliers’ corporate services and advisory offerings across South Carolina.

Prior to joining the research team, Baker supported the Colliers brokerage teams for 12 years. She was promoted to Research Coordinator in 2017.
In 2019, Baker completed the Commercial Property Research Certification (CPRC) program through Colliers University which certifies increased strategic and tactical expertise in research, knowledge of the commercial real estate industry and capabilities to utilize complex tools. Additionally, she completed the Colliers Mentor Program in 2017. She has been a member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Midlands chapter since 2019.
