Crystal Baker of Colliers International receives Commercial Property Research Certification

Columbia, SC – Colliers International | South Carolina’s Crystal Baker received the Commercial Property Research Certification (CPRC) designation through the Colliers University platform.

Baker earned the designation after completing a rigorous five-part curriculum with extensive coursework. The CPRC achievement certifies increased strategic and tactical expertise in research, knowledge of the commercial real estate industry and capabilities to utilize complex tools. It is the only accreditation available for commercial real estate research professionals.
