Columbia, SC – Crawford Prezioso of Colliers | South Carolina represented Gamwell Investments in the purchase of a ±16,000-square-foot industrial building located at 212 Candi Lane which will be utilized as the home for Southern Residential Installations.
The building is located just off Interstate 126 and Greystone Boulevard, with convenient access to the I-20/26/126 corridor and Downtown Columbia. Additional perks to this location include Saluda River behind the property and the neighboring Riverbanks Zoo.
Prezioso’s knowledge of the area and a keen eye on identifying suitable properties for his client led to securing the property at 212 Candi Lane.

Southern Residential is a locally owned and operated business that serves the Georgia and South Carolina area and specializes in selling and installing insulation, garage doors, gutters, spray foam and fireplaces.
