Columbia, SC – Chuck Salley, SIOR and Dave Mathews, SIOR have been named Colliers USA’s 2020 Everest Awards winners. The Everest Club recognizes the top 10% of Colliers professionals in the United States based on revenue production.

Salley and Mathews are Vice Presidents and shareholders of Colliers | South Carolina and specialize in industrial brokerage. This is Salley’s fourth year in a row being recognized with this highly regarded achievement.

Salley is Vice President and Director of the Industrial Brokerage Team in Columbia and is a shareholder of the company. He celebrated his 40th year with the company in 2020. He specializes in representing industrial landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers in leasing, sales, build-to-suit, site selection and acquisition, investment sales and consulting.

Mathews is also Vice President of the Industrial Brokerage Team in Columbia, specializing in tenant and landlord services, including: strategic planning, lease/sale negotiations and detailed reporting & market analysis. He became a Colliers | South Carolina shareholder in 2018 and has been associated with the company almost fifteen years.

Dave Mathews

As part of the Colliers platform of services, I serve both tenants and landlords with their respective industrial  needs. I assist tenants with comprehensive site selection, acquisitions and dispositions and lease negotiations. In addition, I offer similar services to institutional landlords, which include strategic planning, detailed reporting and market analysis, marketing and lease/sale negotiations. I work with an integral team and find that our teamwork is one of our biggest advantages in completing deals for our clients that exceed their expectations.

Working in industrial brokerage, I have the opportunity to see the vast progress of companies and help to play a part in a client’s business development. I find that, for me, success is finding the best possible outcome for a client within their constraints and knowing that I have brought significant value to their growth.
