As a Property Manager for Colliers International | South Carolina, I specialize in managing industrial properties and specifically a portfolio of assets owned by real estate investor Weston, Inc. I develop property budgets, implement cost-effective solutions for repairs and ensure that preventative maintenance practices are utilized to extend the lifespan of properties.

My customer service and communication experience, along with my knowledge of the industrial market, will help guide my clients to meet their financial goals. What I love about managing industrial properties is the vast challenges that come with each property. Each building has different nuances about them, and no two buildings are the same. This creates interesting challenges that require me to problem solve and overcome each hurdle. I find success in my work when I am exceeding my clients’ and Colliers’ standards of expectations.

I pride myself on being someone who, once committed, sees tasks through to the end. Land sales can be notoriously complicated with many ups and downs, yet my clients know that I will advance their interests at every turn. I focus on site development as well as both landlord and tenant representation for industrial properties throughout the Charleston, SC region and throughout South Carolina. I have established myself in the market by forming key relationships in various industry sectors and learning the market drivers that impact end users.

I work with clients to coach them on site development by providing creative solutions to overcome issues such as zoning, wetlands, access and utilities.  I have also worked closely with the South Carolina Ports Authority to better understand the full supply chain lifecycle to better serve our clients in their search for industrial space.
