Colliers South Carolina announces 2020 Rising Star Award recipients

Greenville, SC – Colliers | South Carolina is pleased to announce its 2020 Rising Star Awards which were presented at the company’s annual Awards Celebration held virtually on January 26, 2021.

The Rising Star Award recognizes staff members who have less than three years’ tenure at Colliers, perform in an exemplary manner, demonstrate a desire to attain or are pursuing a professional designation, are active in industry groups and/or civic groups in the community and live the Colliers core values of service, expertise, community, fun, integrity and collaboration.

The Colliers staff members recognized as 2020 Rising Stars are, in alphabetical order:

“A member of the Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team in Columbia, Grant Butler has exhibited exceptional commitment and tenacity in managing a portfolio of 26 properties for one of our largest clients, Weston, Inc. I focus on site development as well as both landlord and tenant representation for industrial properties throughout the Charleston, SC region and throughout South Carolina. I have established myself in the market by forming key relationships in various industry sectors and learning the market drivers that impact end users. 

I work with clients to coach them on site development by providing creative solutions to overcome issues such as zoning, wetlands, access and utilities.  I have also worked closely with the South Carolina Ports Authority to better understand the full supply chain lifecycle to better serve our clients in their search for industrial space.
