Columbia, SC - Colliers Mary Winter Teaster represented Cola Town Bike Collective in the purchase of the ±2,220-square-foot building located at 709 Elmwood Avenue.
Cola Town Bike Collective is a nonprofit organization that provides bikes to those that need reliable transportation to get back and forth from their daily needs. The organization services bikes donated by the community and passes the bikes to a new owner free of charge.
Cola Town Bike Collective had been leasing this location for years and through the generosity of donors was able to purchase the property.
