Charleston/Columbia/Greenville/Spartanburg, SC – The Board of Directors of Colliers International South Carolina, Inc. announced the election of twelve new shareholders of the corporation from four Colliers markets across South Carolina.

The new shareholders are:

I am responsible for refining the methodology of the collection and evaluation of office, retail, industrial and medical market information across South Carolina. I bring a unique perspective to my role because I personally tour all areas of South Carolina in which we research. 

I am also responsible for planning and executing specialized research projects for Colliers’ corporate solutions clients as well as participating in client presentations. As a consultant, I bring many years of market experience to my clients and the company and strive to always provide unbiased information. I manage the firm’s platform for Colliers’ staff and clients, including information technology, integrated systems, databases, internal project management and quality control. I look at things from a macro level and enjoy watching our economically diverse state grow and develop over time.

I initially entered the commercial real estate industry in Atlanta, where I was involved in commercial property management and development for over fifteen years before moving to Charleston. Brockton Hall is a Vice President with Colliers International in the Greenville and Spartanburg offices. He is a member of the Upstate industrial team along with long-time real estate professionals, Garrett Scott and John Montgomery. This team specializes in the needs of industrial landlords and occupiers throughout the Southeast. 

Hall comes from a commercial construction background with years of experience in the commercial sector working on projects including K-12, office and institutional. He also has significant renovation and retrofitting experience. His construction background allows him to assist occupiers with their building specifications and advise them during the build-to-suit and new construction process. For developers and investors, he is well-equipped to advise on construction-related issues involved in tenant upfits, value-add projects and new development.

Most of my clients are investors and developers many of which are institutional and high net worth individuals. I pride myself on being able to present options and recommendations that suit both sides of a transaction. 

I find my job to be rewarding when a client sees the value that I delivered to a transaction, they have recognized my work as an integral component of their success, and they acknowledge that my services have exceeded their expectations. 

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, I spent years as a C-suite finance executive for various industrial companies. I then moved to Naples, Florida to become the Chief Financial Officer for a family office with a substantial commercial real estate portfolio with assets ranging from office parks to flex industrial to beachfront resort hotels.

I moved to Charleston in 2003; prior to joining Colliers, I was a First Vice President with CBRE for 16 years, specializing in land and investment property sales.
