Colliers International’s Ryan McCue represents buyer in off-market timberland sale of 324 acres in Eastover, SC

Columbia, SC – Ryan McCue represented the buyer in the purchase of a 324-acre timberland tract in Eastover, SC from Noe Hunting & Timber LLC.

By understanding the investment side of this tract in Eastover, we knew that it was the perfect time to make an offer to acquire this off-market parcel.
