Colliers International’s brokerage, property management and LCK’s project management collaborate for new Palmetto Primary Care Physicians office

Columbia, SC – Colliers International | South Carolina’s Mary Winter Teaster leased 4,156 square feet for Palmetto Primary Care Physicians of the medical office building located at 710 Rabon Road, which is owned by Northeast Medical Development Group.

Kim Schurg of Colliers’ Real Estate Management Services team serves as the property manager for the building and LCK’s Windy Riddle manages all tenant upfits being performed in the building.

“The synergy and speed with which the Colliers/LCK team collaborated with both the landlord and the tenant resulted in meeting a very short timeline for execution and delivery,” said Mary Winter Teaster, a Senior Brokerage Associate in Colliers’ Columbia office.

This office was the seventh location to open in the Midlands for Palmetto Primary Care Physicians, the largest independent multi-specialty physicians group in South Carolina. The well-established group, which is comprised of over 120 medical practitioners and has cared for patients for over 22 years, offers a variety of medical services throughout the Lowcountry, Midlands and Grand Strand - including family medicine, internal medicine, gastroenterology, endocrinology, neurology, pediatrics, audiology, physical therapy and lab and imaging.

Teaster is a member of the Colliers office brokerage team, who specializes in serving and advising local small business property owners, buyers, tenants and landlords.
