Colliers International represents seller in $1.340 million sale of industrial warehouse in downtown Columbia

Columbia, SC – Colliers International | South Carolina’s Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR and Thomas Beard represented the seller, L W Investments LLC, in the $1.340 million sale of 728 Vine Street to Best Supply Properties, LLC.
