Colliers International brokers $3.1-million investment sale in Columbia and is hired for property management by new owner

Columbia, SC – Colliers International’s Neel Keenan brokered the sale of 151 Westpark Boulevard to Westpark Realty, LLC for $3,125,000. Keenan represented the seller, L-H Development Partners, LLC. 

151 Westpark Boulevard is a 49,450-square-foot office building on 5.27 acres in the Saint Andrews submarket of Columbia. The property is fully leased by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. 

“Colliers was committed to working through the process of exposing this property to the investment market with limited and safe showings in an uncertain period and state of the nation,” said Mike Penland, general partner of L-H Development. “Despite the threat of COVID-19 to the economy, Colliers was able to produce multiple offers in a short period of time that resulted in a quick sale of the property.” 

Colliers | South Carolina’s Real Estate Management Services provided property management of the building for L-H Development Partners and will continue to do so for Westpark Realty.
