Colliers International assists Sowell Gray Robinson Stepp and Laffitte in locating office space

Columbia, SC – Colliers International’s Allen Wilkerson represented Sowell Gray Robinson Stepp & Laffitte, LLC in the location of additional office space at 710 Lady Street after the merger of Sowell Gray Stepp & Laffitte, LLC and Robinson McFadden and Moore, PC, two reputable South Carolina law firms. The merger created a need for more space for Sowell Gray Robinson, a challenge in Columbia’s dynamic Vista Arts and Entertainment District.

“The merger of these two great law firms creates broader capabilities for the firm and its clients,” said Wilkerson, a Brokerage Associate with Colliers South Carolina. “Colliers was chosen to represent the merged firm in locating additional Vista space, which will complement its current space and create synergies for the firm.”

“We enjoyed working with Colliers,” said Cal Watson, managing partner of Sowell Gray Robinson. “Allen exceeded our expectations and located additional space within walking distance of our office at 1310 Gadsden Street.”

Wilkerson, a Brokerage Associate, is a member of the Colliers office team, specializing in corporate and landlord consulting services and representation of clients in the leasing and sale of office properties.
