  • Henry Roe and Allen Wilkerson, SIOR, CCIM represented St. Andrews Offices LLC in the lease of 6,033 square feet of office space at 240 Stoneridge Drive in Columbia to SC Commission for Minority Affairs.
  • Allen Wilkerson, CCIM, SIOR represented Columbia Skin Clinic LLC in the purchase of a 3,400-square-foot office building at 7039 St. Andrews Road in Columbia for $850,000.
  • Tommy Johnson, SIOR represented HPT Sunbelt Portfolio LLC in the lease of 3,350 square feet of office space at Meridian, 1320 Main Street in Columbia.
  • Tripp Bradley represented MPG Shelby LLC in the lease of 2,300 square feet of retail space at 18860 Highway 72 in Clinton to Starbucks.
  • Rox Pollard and John Gressette represented Kao Thai Cuisine in the leasing of 2,276 square feet of retail space at 1307 Main Street in Columbia.
  • Mary Winter Teaster represented Northeast Medical Development Group, LLC in the lease of 1,492 square feet of office space at 710 Rabon Road in Columbia to Mark Their Words Therapy Services.
  • Rox Pollard and Danny Bonds represented The Beach Company in the lease of 1,414 square feet of retail space at Cardinal Crossing, 4605 Forest Drive in Forest Acres, to Crumbl Cookies.

I moved to Charleston in 2003; prior to joining Colliers, I was a First Vice President with CBRE for 16 years, specializing in land and investment property sales.
