  • Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR, Thomas Beard and John Peebles represented 2413 Leaphart LLC in the sale of a 41,877-square-foot industrial building at 2413 Leaphart Road in West Columbia to Central Processors, Inc. for $1,500,000.
  • Allen Wilkerson, SIOR, CCIM represented Christ Church of the Carolinas in the sale of a 30,500-square-foot office building at 1824 Barnwell Street in Columbia to South Carolina Public Charter School for $1,500,000.
  • Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR, Thomas Beard and John Peebles represented the seller in the disposition of a 29,400-square-foot industrial building at 1125 Walter Price Road in Cayce to 2413 Leaphart LLC for $1,150,000 and the disposition of a 24,000-square-foot industrial building at 1135 Walter Price Road in Cayce to Milestone Beverage.
