  • Crawford Prezioso represented Elite Marketing LTD in the leasing of 20,000 square feet of industrial space at 1966 Bluff Road in Columbia.
  • Danny Bonds represented Delta Devine LLC in the lease of 6,700 square feet of retail space at Crossroads Commons, 4464 Devine Street in Columbia, to Everest Suites LLC dba My Salon Suites.
  • Allen Wilkerson, SIOR, CCIM represented Frank G. Toth in the sale of a 6,168-square-foot retail building at 4345 Fort Jackson Boulevard in Columbia to Stanchion AP Investments.
  • Allen Wilkerson, SIOR, CCIM and Henry Roe represented BV DRP Synergy LLC in the lease expansion of 4,433 square feet of office space at Synergy Office Park, 111 Executive Center Drive, to Office of State Inspector General.
  • Mary Winter Teaster represented Palmetto Primary Care Physicians (PPCP) in the lease of 3,310 square feet of medical office space at 3710 Landmark Drive in Columbia.
  • Tommy Johnson, SIOR represented Park Place 440 LLC in the lease of 3,142 square feet of office space at 440 Knox Abbott Drive in Cayce to City Year.
  • Crawford Prezioso represented Charlie Nash Insurance Agency in the leasing of 2,122 square feet of office space at 566 Spears Creek Church Road in Columbia.
  • Allen Wilkerson, SIOR, CCIM and Henry Roe represented BV DRP Synergy LLC in the lease of 2,033 square feet of office space at Synergy Office Park, 111 Executive Center Drive, to Intellisystems.
  • Ryan McCue, ALC represented the seller in the disposition of a 40.53-acre recreational tract on Montgomery Lane in east Richland County.
  • Tommy Tapp, CPM represented James C Moore and Virginia Herbert in the sale of 5.3 acres of land at 2222 Main Street in Columbia to 2222 Main Street LLC.
  • Tommy Tapp, CPM represented Beacon Hill Block LLC in the sale of 2.39 acres of land on Airport Boulevard in West Columbia to Murphy Oil Corporation.
  • Mary Winter Teaster and Tripp Bradley represented West Medical Group LLC in the sale of a 1.67-acre parcel at 1176 Kinley Road.
