I have experience in all aspects of industrial brokerage including: leasing, sales, build-to-suit, site acquisition, investment sales and consulting. I have been with Colliers since 1981 and have completed over 1,500 transactions in my career. I am an expert in the industrial market and am proud to have represented many national and international companies with their real estate needs in the greater Columbia market. I have also provided valuable consulting work, site acquisition and leasing services for many national developers including: Magnus Development Partners, Scannell Properties, Collett Industrial, Panatonni Development, Red Rock Development, Kirco and Miller Valentine Group.

I assist tenants with comprehensive site selection, acquisitions and dispositions and lease negotiations. In addition, I offer similar services to institutional landlords, which include strategic planning, detailed reporting and market analysis, marketing and lease/sale negotiations. I focus on and specialize in leasing, sales, build-to-suit projects, site acquisition and investment sales for investors, developers and tenants looking in central South Carolina.

My role is to represent owners, landlords, users and tenants in the leasing, sale and disposition of commercial properties throughout Columbia and central South Carolina. As a Senior Brokerage Associate for Colliers International | South Carolina, I specialize in the leasing of neighborhood shopping centers. I am a member of the Colliers Retail Services Team and am responsible for increasing the Colliers retail portfolio in South Carolina. I strive to always do the best that I can, no matter the size of a deal, and I am motivated to continue to do so by exceeding my clients’ expectations.

I am a Vice President of Colliers International | South Carolina.  I have been with Colliers since 2003 with my primary focus on office properties. My principal concentration is representing landlords of multi-tenant office buildings. I also consult with and represent clients requiring assistance with the buying, leasing and selling of office properties.

As a very analytical person, I strive to understand the details of each client’s unique goals and objectives to maximize the value and effectiveness of my clients’ real estate decisions through the in-depth review of market data and analytical models.
