  • Henry Roe and Allen Wilkerson, SIOR, CCIM represented the seller, Ott Road, LLC, and Crawford Prezioso represented the buyer, Keenan Energy Company, in the sale of a 6,871-square-foot office building at 614 Ott Road in Columbia.
