  • Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR, Thomas Beard and John Peebles represented Weston, Inc. in the lease renewal of 74,646 square feet of industrial space at 3130 Bluff Road in Columbia to Jushi USA.
  • Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR, Thomas Beard and John Peebles represented Weston, Inc. in the lease renewal of 54,073 square feet of industrial space at 3130 Bluff Road in Columbia to China Jushi. 
  • Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR, Thomas Beard and John Peebles represented Weston, Inc. in the lease renewal of 19,600 square feet of industrial space at 1020 Idlewilde Boulevard in Columbia to American Products Inc.
  • Tommy Johnson, SIOR represented Glen 1441 LLC in the lease of 2,448 square feet of office space at 1441 Main Street in Columbia to Millender Elder Law LLC.
