Property Manager

Because of my vast experience in property management, very little happens to rattle me. As a Property Manager for Colliers International | South Carolina, I take great pride in accomplishing the goals of ownership and creating an atmosphere where business owners can be successful. I feel that service is the primary thing that can set property management companies apart so promptly addressing issues and concerns of both the property owners and the clients who are renting space is high on my list of priorities. I always try and approach everything with the same attitude and response as I would expect if I were on the other end. I strongly live by the saying, “treat others as you want to be treated.”
I look at each accomplishment, no matter how small, as a win for everyone. Successes don’t always have to equate to financial gains or tangible material items. Sometimes bringing a smile to someone having a bad day is just as important as being financially profitable. When I leave at the end of the day, if things are in a better position than when I walked into the office, it is a successful day.
