Columbia, SC – Colliers | South Carolina is pleased to announce promotions of Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team members in Columbia.
Ashley Crenshaw has been promoted to Chief Building Engineer at 1901 Main in Downtown Columbia. Crenshaw joined Colliers in 2008 as a Building Technician and has steadily moved up in the organization most recently serving as Building Engineer, a position he has held since 2015. Throughout his tenure, he has provided excellent service and built valuable and trusted relationships among the tenants, contractors and building ownership.
De’Adrian Coley has earned the title of Building Engineer at 1441 Main in Downtown Columbia. Coley began working with Colliers in 2012 as a Maintenance Technician with roles in two office towers managed by Colliers in downtown Columbia. In 2014, he transitioned to a full-time position at 1441 Main where he has played a vital role in maintaining consistent maintenance operations.
Tiffany Glover has transitioned to Assistant Property Manager at the Synergy Business Park in Columbia. She joined Colliers as a Property Administrator in 2017 and has recently filled the position of Senior Property Administrator. She will assist in the daily operations of Synergy park with special attention to tenant relations.
Jim Meadows has been promoted to Chief Building Engineer at the Tower at 1301 Gervais in Downtown Columbia. Meadows began working with Colliers in 2009 but has been the Building Engineer at the building since 2003. His excellent customer service and willingness to go above and beyond has served the Tower, its owners and its tenants for nearly 20 years.
