Collett Industrial announces 196,560 SF speculative industrial development in Carolina Pines Industrial Park


Colliers International’s industrial brokerage team to handle leasing and marketing

Columbia, SC – Collett Industrial announces that they will be developing a 196,560-square-foot industrial building in the Carolina Pines Industrial Park in Blythewood, SC.

Colliers International | South Carolina’s industrial brokerage team of Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR, Thomas Beard and John Peebles have been hired by Collett for brokerage and marketing services to bring distribution or manufacturing users to the park. 

The Class A building is currently scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2021 and will feature 32-foot clear heights, 63 trailer parking spaces, 42 dock-high doors, an ESFR fire suppression system and LED lighting. This modern facility can accommodate tenants from 42,120 to 196,560 square feet in size.

The Carolina Pines Industrial Park is home to Belk Distribution Center, Intertape Polymer Group, Husqvarna Outdoor Products, Patterson Logistics Services, Amcor Rigid Plastics and more. 

The Carolina Pines building is Collett Industrial’s first development in Columbia. Additionally, the development company is currently preparing to construct up to 702,000 square feet of speculative industrial space at Willimon Business Park in Greenville with leasing and marketing services provided by Colliers’ Greenville-Spartanburg industrial brokerage team.
