Columbia, SC – Colliers International’s Allen Wilkerson represented AgFirst Farm Credit Bank in the lease of 11,441 square feet of office space, located at 1901 Main Street, to the healthcare IT company Cognosante, LLC. The best-in-class amenities and prime location on the Main Street corridor attracted Cognosante to this downtown office tower. Cognosante provides services ranging from healthcare IT solutions and outsourcing of business process services to consulting.
