Brokers receive global recognition from Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) for top industrial transactions in 2021

Greenville-Spartanburg / Charleston, SC – Colliers brokers in Greenville-Spartanburg and Charleston, SC were recently honored by the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) for top industrial transactions in 2021.

In Greenville-Spartanburg, Garrett Scott, SIOR and Brockton Hall, SIOR received the Largest Dollar Volume Member-to-Member Transaction Award of 2021 in the affiliate category for a 1.5-million-square-foot, $122 million deal at The Cubes at Fort Prince in Lyman, SC. Scott and Hall closed the deal along with SIOR affiliate member Michael Demperio, Executive Vice President and Southeast Partner of Atlanta-based developer CRG.

In Charleston, Matt Pickard and Mark Erickson, SIOR received the Largest Dollar Volume Member-to-Member Transaction Award of 2021 in the member associate category for the sale of 153.5 acres of land for $31.6 million in Charleston, SC.

In 2021, two of the three industrial member-to-member transactions awarded worldwide took place in South Carolina and were facilitated by Colliers brokerage teams. These teams represent millions of square feet and thousands of acres of industrial real estate across the Southeast and are consistently among top-performing brokers nationwide.
