Columbia, SC – Alia Bostaji, a hotel investment sales broker with Colliers | South Carolina, has earned the Certified Hotel Appraiser (CHA) certification, the world’s only valuation certification recognizing the unique knowledge and skills needed to value hotels. This certification will further Bostaji’s skills to analyze the hotel market, using a modern hotel valuation methodology along with Hotel Valuation Software which is used by thousands of hotel appraisers and valuers around the world.
Bostaji is based in Colliers’ Columbia office and is a member of Colliers’ national Hotels Practice Group which consists of commercial real estate brokers specializing in lodging property transactions.
