Colliers | South Carolina announces 12-month transaction volume of $1.2 billion

Charleston/Columbia/Greenville/Spartanburg, SC – Colliers | South Carolina, which has offices in Charleston, Columbia, Greenville and Spartanburg, announced a record-breaking trailing 12-month production for the company’s brokerage operations with $1.2 billion in commercial real estate sale and lease transactions closed from July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022.

The brokerage transaction volume consisted of sale and lease transactions of industrial, hotel, land, office, investment, healthcare and retail properties throughout South Carolina.

“2021 was our most successful year at Colliers | South Carolina, and the momentum is continuing into 2022,” said John W. Folsom, President and CEO of Colliers | South Carolina. “Our deal volume is showing no signs of a slowdown as we project the second half of 2022 to continue breaking records.”

Additionally, Colliers | South Carolina’s Real Estate Management Services (REMS) division manages 17 million square feet in its real estate management portfolio making it the largest manager of commercial real estate properties in South Carolina.

Colliers’ project management partner, LCK, continues to experience a robust portfolio of projects in process that currently exceed $700 million in volume.
