Companies expand longstanding relationship across U.S. markets
Dallas, TX, January 24, 2022 – Colliers today announced a U.S. strategic partnership with the largest global provider of flexible office space, IWG. The partnership expands Colliers’ longstanding relationship with IWG in Canada and complements its current investments in the flex space sector. As part of this collaboration, Colliers will act as IWG’s real estate transaction advisor, when IWG is a tenant, across a significant portion of its U.S. locations, and will help its clients understand the IWG service offering.
