Colliers International Dealmakers: Recent purchases, sales, leases and investments in Cleveland-Akron

Cleveland-Akron, OH - Colliers International | Cleveland is pleased to announce the following recently completed commercial real estate transactions from our office in Cleveland in April 2020 -

  Bill Stevens represented the tenant BDO in the lease of 16,201 SF at the
AECOM Building in the Cleveland's CBD. BDO is an international company that
provides an array of assurance, tax, and business advisory services.

Russell P. Rogers represented the buyer, Retina Associates, in the sale of the
Lindsay Building at 24075 Commerce Park in Beachwood, OH. The 20,000 SF
office building was sold by the Jewish Family Service Association of

  Tim Breckner represented the tenant, Wensco, in the lease 24,417 SF in
Brooklyn Heights, OH. Wensco is a wholesale Sign Supply Distributor with
locations throughout the Midwest.

  Matt Davis and Tom Gustafson ( CLE) were involved in a Multi-City Assignment with Bradley Arendt (FLL). Matt and Tom referred the seller, My Storage Bin LLC, to Arendt's retail investment team. Ultimately the 1-acre property located at 817 NW 1st was for $1,000,000.
