Four industrial buildings in Greater Cincinnati were part of a more than $35 million portfolio sale.
Plymouth Industrial REIT Inc., a Boston-based real estate investment trust, purchased the six-property Orange Point portfolio from Orange Point SWS LLC for more than $35.5 million. Four of the properties are located in Greater Cincinnati and two are located in Columbus.
The Colliers International Ohio Investment Team and Columbus Industrial Team brokered the transaction. The portfolio totals 591,695 square feet and has a combined occupancy of about 94%. That breaks the overall purchase price down to about $60 per square foot.
