Multifamily and Investment Services Broker, Gil Richards, graduates from the Cincy Next cohort
Gil was selected for Cincy Next after presenting leadership potential and demonstrating an authentic connecting within the Cincinnati community. Throughout the eight month program, the cohort has participated in immersive leadership development initiatives, with curriculum covering topics such as creative problem-solving, public speaking, conflict management, finance, effective communication, goal setting, networking, and more.
“Through Cincy Next, I was able to meet with numerous community leaders and learn firsthand the positive impact that various neighborhood initiatives are having on nearby residents, enabling me to be a better source of information for both current and prospective property owners,” Gil Richards reflected.
Richards and his cohorts were not only encouraged in professional advancement, but empowered as Cincinnati’s emerging leaders to find meaningful growth personally and professionally. The program produces highly motivated and professionally refined young professionals, as well as relationships that extend far beyond further professional education for the cohorts.
