Christian Rahe and Christian Evanchec join Colliers to build Full-Service Capital Markets team.
Colliers Cincinnati continues their growth trend with the launch of its Capital Markets team. Spearheaded by Brokerage First Vice President Christian Rahe and Brokerage Associate Christian Evanchec, the Capital Markets team boasts the latest wave of talent added to Colliers’ roster.

Rahe joined Colliers after spending nine years split between CBRE in Cincinnati and, prior to that, at Cushman & Wakefield in Washington D.C.. He brings extensive experience working within the local and national Capital Markets sector, having represented both private and public occupiers and owners at all levels. Rahe received his bachelor’s degree from Colgate University and his master’s degree from Georgetown University.
Evanchec joined Colliers by way of Xavier University. During his studies, he was heavily involved in the private wealth management and investment sector, having worked in client-facing roles for Northwestern Mutual and Merrill Lynch. Evanchec shifted his focus to the commercial real estate industry, where he will work hand-in-hand with Rahe to aid in the growth of Colliers’ Capital Markets team.
