The owners of a Milford barbecue spot is expanding with a new restaurant concept devoted to the buttermilk biscuit.

Chef Josh House and his wife Nicole House, owners of Pickles & Bones Barbecue in Miami Township, plan on opening All Hail the Biscuit, a breakfast and lunch restaurant with a heavy emphasis on biscuits, at 877A State Route 28 with the goal of opening early summer 2021.

The seller was represented by Connor Fahrnbach and Dustin Marks of Colliers International.
