Jay O’Donnell Promoted to First Vice President

Colliers International, Virginia, LLC has announced it has appointed Jay O’Donnell to first vice president of the Retail Investment Property Group. 

O’Donnell is responsible for advising private and institutional investors in the disposition and acquisition of retail assets throughout the Mid-Atlantic.  He was named a Top Producer in brokerage for 2020.

O’Donnell joined the firm in 2015 as vice president of Brokerage Services and has been in the industry since 2006. 

O’Donnell is a board member for the Charlottesville Economic Development Association.  In addition, he is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI) Charlottesville, VA Chapter, and volunteers with the Golden Living Healthcare Community.

Jay O'Donnell joined the firm's Charlottesville office  as Vice President of Brokerage Services in 2015 and was promoted to First Vice President in 2020. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Jay worked for a sports production firm in Winchester, VA. He graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in Economics.

Robert Stockhausen

Rob’s career began in 1991 at Bullock, Terrell and Manelley (BTM) in Atlanta, Georgia, where he handled commercial leasing from both a tenant and landlord perspective. He has worked within commercial brokerage and/or private investments ever since.
