Cass Kawecki Promoted to First Vice President

CHARLOTTESVILLE Va., March 7, 2022 – Colliers in Charlottesville is thrilled to announce Cass Kawecki has been promoted to First Vice President.

Kawecki specializes in office leasing and investment property sales in the Charlottesville area.  With over 15 years of industry experience, he has been at the forefront of many of the largest and most impactful real estate transactions in Charlottesville. Kawecki’s office clients, including landlords and tenants, rely on his strategic guidance with complex lease negotiations. Additionally, Kawecki represents sellers of  income generating, owner-occupant, and adaptive re-use properties. Cass leverages his experience to consistently achieve maximum value for his clients.   

Kawecki is a graduate of the University of Virginia Master of Architecture program, and received a Master of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.

Cass is a recognized expert in his field and has taught graduate-level real estate development and finance courses in his spare time for both Carnegie Mellon and the University of Virginia.
