Colliers International (“Colliers”) is pleased to announce it has represented Savant Technologies Canada Company, the seller, and Molinaro Management Ltd., the buyer, in the purchase of 1290 South Service Road West in Oakville, Ontario for $18,500,000.

Stockhausen along with Grant Bates, vice president, of the Charlottesville team worked in conjunction with David Colley, SIOR, of Colliers’ Toronto Industrial team assisting both the seller and buyer in this large and exciting transaction.  The property will see substantial capital re-investment to accommodate the user’s food (pizza kit) manufacturing business which sell and distribute across Canada and the US.

The property consists of 124,840 square feet of industrial space and is situated on 16.81 acres.  It offers ample room for building expansion and outdoor storage capabilities.
