Steve Rich Elected to CCIM 2018 Board of Directors

Charlotte, North Carolina - Steve Rich CCIM, Director of Retail, Colliers International, Charlotte, was elected to serve as a member of CCIM Institute’s Board of Directors during the organization’s global conference in Toronto, Oct. 14–18. The Board of Directors serves as the governing body for the Institute and convenes at the organization’s spring and fall annual governance meetings.

Mr. Rich has over 20 years of real estate experience and is a licensed broker in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee. Steve has successfully represented clients in hundreds of millions dollars in commercial acquisitions, leases and build-to-suit developments.

Mr. Rich has been very active within CCIM by being a Board Member of the North Carolina Chapter from 2007-2013, North Carolina Chapter President in 2012, Region 9 Vice President in 2014, Member of the National Board of Directors since 2014 and Finance Committee Member since 2015. Mr. Rich has also been a Board Member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR) since 2012.
