Logistics Plus Leases 497K at Rock Hill Commerce Center

Colliers | Charlotte’s industrial brokerage team is pleased to announce Rock Hill Commerce Center Building B is fully leased.  Colliers, Lawrence Shaw, SIOR, Rob Speir, SIOR and Justin Smith, SIOR represented the owner, Indianapolis-based commercial real estate developer, Strategic Capital Partners, LLC.  Logistics Plus, represented by Jeremy Trotter with Foremost Commercial Real Estate and Henri Gresset, CCIM with Gresset Commercial Real Estate, leased the entire 497,989 square foot building.

Rock Hill Commerce Center is a Class A manufacturing and distribution park well located in Rock Hill, SC with convenient I-77 interstate access just 20 miles south of the Charlotte city center. Phase I of the Park was delivered Q1 2022 and is comprised of two buildings totaling approximately 792,081 square feet. Phase II is anticipated to deliver in September 2022 and includes a 180,000 SF Building.
