The Miller & Moss Industrial Team make the Colliers Everest Club for the second time

Colliers | Charlotte is pleased to announce that Senior Director’s Grant Miller, SIOR and Don Moss, SIOR, CCIM have been named to Colliers Everest Club for 2021. 

The Colliers Everest Club annually recognizes the top ten percent of Colliers Brokers across the Americas who demonstrate a dedication to service excellence, building longstanding and valued client relationships.

The Moss and Miller Team specializes in industrial real estate throughout the Carolinas. During 2021, Grant and Don had a combined total value of $144 million composed of 56 transactions. The remarkable sale and lease contracts totaled 420.46 AC and 5.9 million square feet. 

Grant Miller, SIOR, Senior Director for Colliers | Charlotte begun his real estate career in 2001. He has served on numerous boards and panels providing insight on local growth, strategic planning and implementation of network optimization, market evaluations, just to name a few.

Don Moss, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Director for Colliers | Charlotte has 30 years combined commercial real estate and economic development experience. Along with industrial real estate, Don focuses on site selection, incentive negotiation, and economic development consulting. He too, serves on numerous boards and panels highlighting his expertise on site selection, incentive negotiations, and workforce analytics. 

The Moss and Miller Team were awarded 2021 Deal of the Year, having previously won in 2013, 2015, 2016, 2018, and 2019. They have also been recognized as Top Producers within the Charlotte office in 2013, 2015, 2016, 2018, 2019 and 2021, and Everest Club 2013.

Katie manages content posted to our website, reviews external and internal communications, manages media relations operations, maintains the database of contacts used for property email marketing and media relations, compiles and distributes marketing campaign reports internally and for clients, develops staff profiles for new employees, and organizes sponsorships and events.

Prior to Colliers, Katie worked as Marketing Coordinator at Collett for over eight years, she understands the transactional process from start to finish. She has designed visual pieces including flyers, offering memorandums, broker opinion of values, case studies, custom websites and various other visual pieces needed to accomplish market exposure.
