Criterion Group Purchases Land in Charlotte NC

Colliers | Charlotte’s industrial brokerage team is pleased to announce the sale of 19.8 Acres on Statesville Road in Charlotte, NC. Colliers brokers, Justin Smith, SIOR, and Greg Gosselin represented the buyer, New York City – based investor and developer, Criterion Group LLC in the acquisition.

The asset located at 9820 Statesville Road is directly on Hwy 21/Statesville Road with immediate access to I-77 & I-485 interchange in the northern submarket of Charlotte, NC. The property is currently zoned I-2 and was an active auto parts outdoor storage facility.  This will be Criterion’s third acquisition in the Charlotte Market. Justin Smith, SIOR and Greg Gosselin have been awarded the leasing assignment of the industrial outdoor storage property.
