Colliers industrial brokerage team to handle leasing and marketing
Colliers | Charlotte brokers Rob Speir, SIOR, Grant Miller, SIOR and Justin Smith, SIOR have been hired by Collett for brokerage and marketing services to bring distribution or manufacturing users to the development.
The Class A building is located at 4250 Business Center Drive with a scheduled delivery date in the third quarter of 2022. It will feature 32-foot clear heights, 20 trailer parking spaces, 32 dock-high doors, an ESFR fire suppression system and LED lighting. This modern facility can accommodate tenants from 40,000 to 154,920 square feet in size.

Airport 85 Business Center is Collett Industrial’s third development in North Carolina after 73 Business Center in Greensboro and Mills River Industrial in Mills River. Additionally, the development company is breaking ground on two speculative industrial buildings totaling 519,500 square feet at Willimon Business Park in Greenville, SC, and planning a 210,600-square-foot speculative industrial building at Carolina Pines Industrial Park in Blythewood, SC.
